Job Duties

  • Serve as the point person communicating work-related requests to unit management
  • Train and acclimate new associates to company culture, client culture, and operations
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
  • Promptly address and correct any complaints or issues
  • Assist in the selection and orientation of employees
  • Oversee training of staff in areas of responsibility
  • Perform other duties as assigned
