Job Duties
- Serve as the point person communicating work-related requests to unit management
- Train and acclimate new associates to company culture, client culture, and operations
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
- Promptly address and correct any complaints or issues
- Assist in the selection and orientation of employees
- Oversee training of staff in areas of responsibility
- Perform other duties as assigned
