Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test
- obtain fingerprint clearance as required by licensure
- must have Food Handler's certification
- availability to work AM and PM shifts
- strong interpersonal skills
- prior experience in food service environment

Job Duties
- Assist in the supervision of all dining room and coffee house staff according to the standard operating manual
- monitor, prepare and serve all special dietary functions
- properly train, coach, and guide food service employees
- be familiar with Jewish dietary laws and assist in the implementation of any rules regarding such dietary laws
- maintain the accepted standards of food service for all residents
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- collaborate with kitchen and care staff for seamless dining operations
