Job Duties
- provide friendly and efficient service to guests during breakfast and brunch hours
- take orders, deliver food and beverages, and anticipate guest needs
- demonstrate a thorough knowledge of menu offerings including dietary restrictions and special requests
- collaborate with culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- maintain a clean and organized dining area adhering to sanitation and safety standards
- upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events
- handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner
- work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
- assist restaurant manager with training and development of staff
- resolve employee and guest-related problems
- communicate with manager on all matters relating to the restaurant
- act as the on-the-floor supervisor of the restaurant
