Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality
- demonstrated leadership experience in a service environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- knowledge of food and beverage pairing preferred

Job Duties
- Lead the dining room during service and special events
