Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food and beverage service experience preferred
- experience in guest-facing roles and basic food preparation
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to climb stairs
- ability to walk kitchen and service public areas
- ability to twist, bend, reach and pull
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work long hours, irregular shifts, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- proficiency with POS and scheduling systems

Job Duties
- Set up, restock, and maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area
- serve breakfast and beverages to guests, ensuring friendly and professional service
- prepare simple food items and beverages
- handle transactions using the POS system
- supervise and support waitstaff and kitchen assistants during restaurant hours
- manage guest reservations and oversee the flow of service
- address guest requests and resolve complaints diplomatically
- conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- follow all alcohol service procedures
- assist with training and supervising front-of-house staff
- follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- coordinate with kitchen and event staff for special functions or banquets
- perform inventory checks and ensure sufficient supplies for service
- sanitize all cleaning tools and maintain equipment at the end of each shift
- assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service
- perform other duties as assigned
