Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and attend to their needs
- Ability to pass background check and health screening including physical and TB tests
- Willingness to adhere to company health and safety protocols including vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and use of personal protective equipment
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a safe workplace
Job Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but not necessary
- Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including physical and TB Tests
- Willingness to comply with health and safety protocols related to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases as required by Oakmont Management Group
Job Duties
- Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner
- Accurately and professionally take residents' and guests' food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS point of sale computer
- Set up and break down bus tables
- Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques and etiquette such as serving from left and clearing used dishes between courses
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests following established safety standards
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
