Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or foodservice role
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be able to lift moderate weights
- team leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as the point person for all work-related requests communicated to unit management
- train and acclimate new associates to the company culture, client culture, and operations
- demonstrate complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
- promptly address and correct any complaints or issues
- assist in the selection and orientation of employees and oversee training of staff in areas of responsibility
- perform other duties as assigned
