Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of restaurant serving experience preferred
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- reliable transportation to and from work
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurant service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- ability to learn and retain detailed menu and beverage knowledge

- basic math skills for handling payments and tips
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- provide detailed knowledge of menu items including preparation and history
- make informed recommendations on food, cocktails, and wines
- take and serve orders efficiently while maintaining relaxed fine dining service standards
- engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
- participate in ongoing training sessions and menu knowledge testing
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
