Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of restaurant serving experience preferred
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

  • prior experience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurant service
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • ability to learn and retain detailed menu and beverage knowledge
  • teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling payments and tips

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • provide detailed knowledge of menu items including preparation and history
  • make informed recommendations on food, cocktails, and wines
  • take and serve orders efficiently while maintaining relaxed fine dining service standards
  • engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
  • participate in ongoing training sessions and menu knowledge testing
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
