Three Birds is an exciting new addition to the Dayton-area dining scene, conceived by The Idea Collective and Executive Chef Jorge Guzman, celebrated for his innovative work at Sueño, Tender Mercy, and Dōzo. This modern neighborhood New American restaurant aims to impress with chef-driven lunch and dinner menus crafted to excite the palate in a lively, approachable, and inviting atmosphere. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to train in April and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the restaurant’s service style

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and retain detailed menu knowledge
  • Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to participate in ongoing training

Job Duties

  • Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests
  • Assist guests in menu selection and provide detailed information about food, cocktails, and wine
  • Create a welcoming and warm dining atmosphere
  • Participate in routine training sessions and maintain high standards of service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and enjoyable dining experiences
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly
  • Uphold the restaurant’s philosophy of hospitality and passion in every guest interaction
