Job Requirements

- Previous food and beverage serving experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Serve as the point person to communicate all work-related requests to unit management
- Train and acclimate new associates to company culture, client culture, and operations
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
- Promptly address and correct any guest complaints or issues
- Assist in selection and orientation of employees and oversee training of staff in assigned areas
- Maintain a clean and safe dining environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
