Job Requirements
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to efficiently multi-task, be an active listener, and collaborate effectively with team members

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- 1 year prior restaurant server experience with demonstrated knowledge of dining etiquette
- Demonstrates leadership skills, a willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, hospitality oriented position
Job Duties
- Supervise servers in the absence of the dining room manager and ensure overall guest satisfaction
- Provide attentive and personalized service to a group of assigned tables in the on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take accurate orders, answer menu questions, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
- Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments, and beverages are always ready
- Work collaboratively with residents and other departments to plan, coordinate and facilitate special dining events and celebrations
- Assist the dining room manager with room service process
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
