Three Birds is a new, modern neighborhood New American restaurant located in the Dayton area. This establishment is the third concept launched by The Idea Collective and Executive Chef Jorge Guzman, known for his acclaimed projects Sueño and Tender Mercy/Dōzo. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- positive attitude and team player mentality
- willingness to undergo training and testing sessions
- basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to learn and memorize detailed menu information
- enthusiasm for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- knowledge of wine and cocktail service is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- provide detailed information about the menu, including preparation and ingredients
- take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by attending to their needs promptly
- maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktail and wine offerings to make informed recommendations
- participate in regular training sessions and knowledge tests related to menu and service
- collaborate with team members to uphold restaurant standards and a welcoming atmosphere
