ability to pass a background check
ability to pass a drug screen
authorization to work full-time in the United States

Job Qualifications

ability to work full-time hours including Mondays through Fridays, every other Saturday and holidays
strong communication skills
leadership ability in a service environment
commitment to food safety and hospitality standards

Job Duties

work independently as a lead within dining room services during daytime shifts
prepare tables for meals
refill containers
clear dishes
handle food safely
attend to residents' needs
take phone orders
ensure other servers complete tasks in a timely and appropriate manner
facilitate a pleasant dining experience for residents and guests
