Job Requirements
- 2 plus years of serving experience in a continued care community
- proficiency in hospitality customer service
- willingness to learn teaching and training methods
- front-of-the house experience
- excellent organizational skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to work weekends
- must be able to read write speak and understand English
- sensitivity to the needs of older adults
Job Qualifications
- 2 plus years of serving experience in a continued care community
- proficiency in hospitality customer service
- an understanding of teaching and training to new hires or willingness to learn
- desire to complete our Train the Trainer course and using training materials in teaching
- front-of-the house experience
- ability to be organized while multi-tasking
- ability to read write speak and understand English
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- must be able to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people especially older adults
Job Duties
- Training new associates by utilizing the training manual
- supporting with continued training initiatives
- guiding associates to uphold standards
- demonstrate basic service techniques and style
- ability to take orders accurately and enter them in POS system
- basic knowledge of food preparation and ingredients
- physically assist residents with carrying trays to their table as needed
