Job Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- ability to communicate effectively
- must possess and maintain a Food Worker Card in Washington State
- must possess and maintain a Mandatory Alcohol Server Permit (MAST)
- experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred, will train
- ability to interpret and explain menu, refer or answer questions, coordinate meal service process and understand requests
- ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, peers, and supervisors
- requires courtesy, tact, and graciousness
- positive and professional work demeanor required

Job Duties
- Sets tables and maintains workstations in proper order
- takes orders
- provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously
- clears dishes from tables during and after meal service
- answers questions about menu items
- provides meal deliveries to resident homes as directed
- follows lead closing procedures at end of the day
