Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • sufficient education or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
  • ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
  • availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • professional demeanor with a warm smile and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • guest-focused attitude
  • basic math skills for handling transactions

Job Duties

  • Take orders from guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
  • ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns
  • adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • report to the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager
