Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or sales required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience is preferred
- Previous car wash experience is preferred but not required
- Willing and able to work in various weather and environmental conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling cash and performing basic math calculations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient operations, quality customer service, and adherence to company standards
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
- Process car wash transactions, including cash, credit, and membership sales
- Upsell car wash packages and additional services to meet customer needs and increase sales
- Manage daily cash balancing and assist in maintaining accurate sales records
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and surrounding areas
- Train new cashiers and provide ongoing guidance and support to the team
