Job Requirements

  • previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties

  • Consistently provides TH customer service to company standard
  • keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on sales floor
  • ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained
  • minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures
  • demonstrates awareness of store sales plans and results
  • demonstrates awareness of individual contribution to business results
  • follow all operational policies and procedures
  • manage time and prioritize tasks
  • demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
  • attend Take 5 meetings and participate in staff meetings
  • generate maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH customer service standards
  • build repeat customer base through excellent data capturing and service
  • maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events to communicate to customers
  • consistently foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members fairly
  • effectively maintain zone coverage and acknowledge every customer
  • represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance
  • demonstrate professional image and conduct
  • be flexible to work rotating hours as assigned
  • communicate concerns to management
  • assist in developing sales associates
  • maintain respect of peer groups, staff and supervisor
  • create energy and excitement around shared goals and values and act with integrity
  • support all company and management decisions
  • change schedules, adapt to position needs including night shifts, weekends and holidays
  • adhere to policies and procedures
  • observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and advise management of unusual activity
  • execute opening and closing checklist duties
  • operate all register transactions including management transactions
  • reconcile all media when requested
  • able to lift minimum 40 pounds and stand for long periods
  • ensure consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto sales floor
  • comply with visual presentation standards
  • execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed
  • maintain store organization, fixtures, hardware, and cleanliness
