Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Consistently provides TH customer service to company standard
- keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on sales floor
- ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained
- minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures
- demonstrates awareness of store sales plans and results
- demonstrates awareness of individual contribution to business results
- follow all operational policies and procedures
- manage time and prioritize tasks
- demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
- attend Take 5 meetings and participate in staff meetings
- generate maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH customer service standards
- build repeat customer base through excellent data capturing and service
- maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events to communicate to customers
- consistently foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members fairly
- effectively maintain zone coverage and acknowledge every customer
- represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance
- demonstrate professional image and conduct
- be flexible to work rotating hours as assigned
- communicate concerns to management
- assist in developing sales associates
- maintain respect of peer groups, staff and supervisor
- create energy and excitement around shared goals and values and act with integrity
- support all company and management decisions

- observe sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and advise management of unusual activity
- execute opening and closing checklist duties
- operate all register transactions including management transactions
- reconcile all media when requested

- execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed
