Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years experience in warehouse or production environment or the coffee industry
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years experience in warehouse or production environment or the coffee industry
Job Duties
- Roasts all coffees based on production demand
- manages the counts of all green coffee and reports what needs to be ordered so that green coffees can be ordered
- enters all roasted batch information in accounting software for Lot Tracking and FDA reporting purpose
- works with Production Management to ensure coffee is being completed from roasting to it’s specified packaged state
- works with our Quality Assurance department to help assure procedures and processes are being followed
- works with Production Management and Green Buyer to perform necessary tests
- trains new employees on proper techniques of roasting
- performs other related duties as assigned
