Job Requirements
- Experience as a concierge or customer service role preferred
- one to two years working with seniors preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as a point of contact for needs, requests, and complaints for residents, families, guests, vendors, and staff
- understand customer needs and provide positive, memorable service
- assist customers with personalized solutions
- answer phones promptly and route calls appropriately
- take detailed messages and ensure timely delivery
- coordinate services for residents including dry cleaning, grocery delivery, dinner reservations, beauty services, theater and movie tickets, and transportation
- connect with new residents and families within the first week to welcome and provide information
- answer questions and direct to community resources
- manage the community transportation schedule and confirm arrangements
- liaise with culinary department for guest meal reservations and confirm details
- make reminder calls to residents regarding dining and events
- maintain community security by monitoring resident and guest logs
- keep reception, lobby, and welcome areas clean and organized
- receive, sort, and distribute mail
- log incoming packages
- perform additional duties as assigned
