Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year minimum residential or managerial experience
- valid driver’s license with ability to qualify for TSA insurance
- experience in recovery services preferred
- speaking, hearing, and vision abilities
- computer operation proficiency
- ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds
- extended periods of activity

Job Duties
- Train, schedule, and supervise Resident Managers
- enforce house rules and maintain center security
- lead weekly house meetings
- conduct new resident orientations and facility tours
- oversee medication management procedures
- coordinate leisure activities and programs
- respond to resident inquiries and concerns
- manage emergency situations according to procedures
- conduct regular bed checks and safety monitoring
- supervise work therapy assignments
- assess and refer spiritual needs to appropriate staff
- provide safe transportation when needed
- maintain accurate electronic records and daily reports
- document incidents and policy violations
- administer and document drug/alcohol testing
- participate in professional development training
- monitor center operations and staffing coverage
- coordinate with program leadership
