Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year minimum residential or managerial experience
  • valid driver’s license with ability to qualify for TSA insurance
  • experience in recovery services preferred
  • speaking, hearing, and vision abilities
  • computer operation proficiency
  • ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds
  • extended periods of activity

Job Duties

  • Train, schedule, and supervise Resident Managers
  • enforce house rules and maintain center security
  • lead weekly house meetings
  • conduct new resident orientations and facility tours
  • oversee medication management procedures
  • coordinate leisure activities and programs
  • respond to resident inquiries and concerns
  • manage emergency situations according to procedures
  • conduct regular bed checks and safety monitoring
  • supervise work therapy assignments
  • assess and refer spiritual needs to appropriate staff
  • provide safe transportation when needed
  • maintain accurate electronic records and daily reports
  • document incidents and policy violations
  • administer and document drug/alcohol testing
  • participate in professional development training
  • monitor center operations and staffing coverage
  • coordinate with program leadership
