Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience
  • Ability to coordinate and manage a team schedule
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to occasionally work evening, weekend, or holiday shifts

Job Duties

  • Coordinate staffing schedules for the front desk, ensuring consistent coverage
  • Lead the training and onboarding of receptionist staff to maintain high service standards
  • Answer a high volume of incoming calls professionally, directing them to appropriate extensions and departments
  • Warmly receive all residents, visitors, and guests, providing direction and assistance
  • Manage front-end logistics and direct inquiries to the correct offices or personnel
