Job Duties
- Coordinate staffing schedules for the front desk, ensuring consistent coverage
- Lead the training and onboarding of receptionist staff to maintain high service standards
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls professionally, directing them to appropriate extensions and departments
- Warmly receive all residents, visitors, and guests, providing direction and assistance
- Manage front-end logistics and direct inquiries to the correct offices or personnel
