Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or receptionist role
- Ability to work from 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with healthcare facility operations preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient in using office software
- Ability to supervise staff
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency with office software and scheduling tools
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Greet and assist patients, families, visitors, and staff in a professional, courteous, and compassionate manner
- Serve as the primary contact for front desk operations, ensuring quality customer service and timely response to inquiries
- Supervise daily activities of reception staff, including scheduling, task assignments, and providing guidance or coaching as needed
- Maintain the receptionist schedule to ensure consistent coverage for all shifts
- Provide administrative support to the Admissions Department, including data entry, document preparation, filing, and phone support
- Assist in coordinating communication between Admissions, clinical staff, and other departments as directed by the Manager of Admissions
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving front desk operational issues, escalating matters when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, HIPAA regulations, and confidentiality standards
- Monitor and control building access by verifying the identity of all individuals before unlocking entry doors, ensuring the safety and security of staff and patients
- May provide backup coverage for the Executive Assistant as needed, including managing calls, scheduling, and handling administrative tasks for executive team
- Perform other duties as assigned
