Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with animals
- Experience using Avimark or similar practice management software
- Background in veterinary settings
- Ability to manage stressful customer interactions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday with flexible scheduling

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service in person over the phone and during high-stress situations
- Manage lobby flow address concerns calm distressed owners and schedule appointments
- Handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners ensuring safety and well-being
- Assist with medication pickups inquiries and provide information about services and products
- Input and manage data in practice management software including billing and accounts
- Assist with retail sales weigh pets process faxes and maintain records
- Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day duties for accurate financial transactions
