Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of three years customer service experience
- previous experience in front desk or concierge roles preferred
- proficiency with multi-line telephone console systems
- reliable and punctual
- ability to handle multiple tasks
- good communication skills
- must pass background checks including fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, and employment references

Job Duties
- Perform receptionist duties in Sur and Norte lobbies as assigned
- train all reception new hires on policies and procedures
- review receptionist duties with reception staff regularly to ensure staff is appropriately trained
- train reception staff on any new procedures or policies
- assist Director with scheduling of reception staff
- answer phones, greet visitors and residents, register visitors, and monitor lobby security
- monitor emergency annunciator panels and respond to emergencies in accordance with facility policies
- maintain and update the SARA system and supplies
- produce PET pendant battery reports and coordinate replacements
- facilitate annual PET pendant testing and maintain Resident Face Sheet Binder
- manage guest unit reservations and maintain related spreadsheets
- maintain resident census reports
- coordinate information distribution between reception and departments
- post emergency information on Touchtown
- dispatch and coordinate drivers for transportation needs
- plan and resolve transportation issues related to resident pick-up and drop-off
- communicate transportation issues and recommend alternatives to residents
- answer phones for client bookings and enter details into dispatch system
- ensure residents who require escorts have them
- assist with resident billing information input
- provide administrative support to Director of Administrative Services including maintaining contact lists, scheduling, and managing office equipment supplies
- support efficient operation of community and participate in facility activities
