Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- Minimum of three years customer service experience
- Experience with multi-line telephone systems
- Ability to work in a licensed residential care facility environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks including fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, and employment references
- Reliable and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Three or more years of proven work experience in customer service, preferably as concierge or front desk
- Multi-line telephone console experience
- Ability to train staff effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of emergency response protocols
- Experience working with senior community is a plus
Job Duties
- Perform receptionist duties in Sur and Norte lobbies as assigned
- Train new reception hires on policies and procedures
- Review receptionist duties with staff regularly to ensure training
- Train reception staff on new procedures or policies
- Assist Director with scheduling reception staff
- Answer phones, greet visitors and residents, register visitors, monitor lobby security
- Monitor emergency annunciator panels and respond according to policies
- Update and maintain SARA system and supplies
- Produce daily low battery reports and follow up with residents
- Facilitate annual PET pendant testing
- Maintain Resident Face Sheet Binder
- Handle guest unit reservations and track guest room usage
- Maintain resident census reports
- Coordinate information distribution between reception and departments
- Post emergency information on Touchtown
- Dispatch and coordinate drivers to meet transportation needs
- Plan and resolve transportation-related issues
- Communicate with residents about transportation concerns
- Ensure residents requiring escorts have them
- Adhere to transportation policies including 10-mile radius
- Input resident billing information timely
- Assist Director of Administrative Services with projects
- Maintain and distribute updated contact lists
- Manage office equipment supplies and service calls
- Support overall efficient community operations
