Job Requirements

  • hs diploma, ged or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the english language
  • this job is covered by a collective bargaining agreement of the transport workers union (twu), a labor union which requires joining the twu and paying union dues

  • ability to speak and be understood in giving directions and information to passengers

Job Duties

  • supervise and support ramp and passenger service agents to ensure quality and efficiency
  • train and guide employees on proper work procedures, safety protocols, and operational methods
  • schedule and apportion work assignments to maintain smooth operations
  • observe and analyze work methods, addressing challenges with management
  • assist in the utilization of tools, equipment, and materials to improve efficiency
  • ensure compliance with security procedures, reporting any breaches or suspicious activities
  • perform all passenger service functions, including ticketing, baggage handling, reservations, and customer assistance
