Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- Food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Good communication skills
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for different meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
