Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Team-oriented and adaptable

  • Food preparation experience preferred
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous leadership experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for different meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
