Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related work experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekdays with open availability preferred
  • strong attention to detail and food presentation skills
  • able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • adherence to food safety standards

  • strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • ability to follow recipes and food preparation instructions accurately

  • dependable and punctual

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present various hot and/or cold food items for different meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or grill station
  • support management in daily oversight of key kitchen functions and employees
  • attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
