Job Requirements
- Ability to work in high-activity environments with wet floors, noise, and varying temperatures
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand primary language(s) used by guests
- Age at least 21 years
- Ability to pass background screening

- Previous experience in kitchen, food service, or cleaning roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail in cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain clean and organized dining and preparation areas
- Assist in food item, supply, and equipment storage and organization
- Properly dispose of trash and recyclables
- Monitor cleanliness and functionality of dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment
- Support chefs and kitchen staff by providing clean dishware and utensils
- Communicate and work effectively as part of a team
