Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in janitorial, custodial, groundskeeping, or maintenance support
- Ability to lead a team and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor regularly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to read and understand safety data sheets (SDS)

Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, leasing office, amenities, and restrooms
- Remove trash and debris from grounds, parking lots, and dumpster areas
- Lead and assist porter team in maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the community
- Power wash walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy by assisting with cleaning, light repairs, and trash-out
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as necessary
- Inspect community grounds regularly and report maintenance needs to the supervisor
- Ensure the porter team follows safety procedures and company standards
- Provide training and guidance to porter staff as assigned
