- Previous experience in a dealership or professional automotive cleaning setting
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage workflow
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Physical stamina to be on feet and move quickly throughout shifts
- Ability to work full-time in a union position

- Lead and direct a team of porters to ensure maximum efficiency and quality
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and readiness before customer delivery
- Coordinate the movement of inventory to maintain a professional and accessible lot
- Thrive in a fast-track environment where timing is everything
- Manage workflow to meet tight deadlines
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and prepped to showroom standards
- Maintain an organized and safe lot environment
