Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in janitorial, custodial or porter work
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to crouch, climb, and reach and lift heavy items
- ability to walk properties daily, exposed to outdoor elements
- ability to sit and use office equipment and computers
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to learn, improve and adapt
- strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prioritize work, provide work direction and supervise a crew of porters
- track crew’s scheduled and complete work orders and regularly synchronize to work order tracking system
- perform all on demand cleaning duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Maintenance and maintenance administrative staff
- perform routine cleaning of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, elevators, stairwells and other common areas
- restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, etc
- empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- monitor and report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures, leaks, or hazards
