Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass and maintain FAA Class II Flight Physical
- ability to move up to 50 lbs up to 5% of the time
- ascends/descends ladders up to 5% of the time
- willingness and ability to work various shifts and weekends
- worldwide deployable with travel up to 30% of the time
Job Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
- graduate degree and minimum 7 years of prior related experience
- in lieu of a degree, minimum 13 years of prior related experience
- minimum 7 years experience as an RC-135 pilot and 5 years as an instructor
- minimum 1 year experience as a RC-135 instructor and FCF pilot
- minimum 1 year experience as a RC-135 evaluator and command pilot
- minimum 1 year experience with depot level flight test, FCFs, and aircraft modifications
- minimum 5 years experience in Air Force Standardization and Evaluation processes
Job Duties
- Conduct and support ground and flight test activities for RC-135 and variant aircraft including performing functional check flights
- mission planning of all flight-related activities
- lead flight test operations and crew as command or co-pilot
- flight and mission instruction and evaluation as required
- act as mission monitor as needed
- support local flight operations including flight scheduling of programs
- ownership and maintenance of Center Ops Online training records
- oversight of aircrew standardization and evaluation program
- willingness and ability to work various shifts and weekends as needed to meet company objectives
- worldwide deployable with travel up to 30% of the time
