Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous operator experience preferred
- Previous experience in office or receptionist
- Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize needs to meet required timelines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer services experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates
- Answer the hospital switchboard and overhead pages
- Greet and direct visitors and staff to appropriate departments
- Monitor hospital alarms and respond according to emergency code policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with the population served
- Maintain awareness of hospital security and safety protocols
- Support departmental needs through multitasking and prioritizing daily functions
