Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years pastry experience in a high volume kitchen or bakery
- ability to work weekends and varied shifts
- strong communication and leadership skills
- knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards
- ability to maintain high quality and consistency
- experience in pastry decoration and baking
- previous hotel or resort experience preferred
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Participates in pastry production
- creates, prepares, produces, bakes breads, rolls, breakfast pastries and desserts according to standard recipes for restaurants and banquets
- decorates pastries and cakes with creativity and skill
- maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures proper storage
- ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
- trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff
