- Oversee daily pastry production
- Execute items from the prep list
- Prepare baked goods, desserts, and other menu items
- Assist the baker with daily tasks
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Mentor junior pastry staff
- Ensure standards are met during production and service
