Job Duties
- lead a team of wheelchair agents
- assist passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
- ensure productivity levels and customer service requirements are met
- ensure employee compliance with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- maintain daily shift report for managers
- communicate with client representatives frequently about operations
- effectively coach employees
