Job Requirements
- Associates degree or two years of college coursework in management or related field
- two to four years of parking operations or related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office Suite
- availability to work extensive hours including weekends
- pre-employment screening including criminal background check and drug testing

Job Duties
- Assist with directing and coordinating the operation and maintenance of Georgia International Convention Center and Gateway Center Arena parking facilities
- calculate and collect parking fees using computerized parking equipment and manual verification during daily audits
- train attendants on proper procedures and use of equipment
- communicate event schedules to staff and respond to public inquiries
- generate procedure accounting verification reports and other reports from parking system management computer
- perform minor repairs on parking equipment
- complete work schedules for parking attendants
- attend weekly meetings to review upcoming events
- determine needs for each event and prepare parking lots accordingly
- direct traffic into parking lots and assist customers with additional parking
- monitor parking lot capacity
- answer inquiries and resolve complaints
- oversee parking inventory and order supplies as necessary
- perform other related duties as assigned
