Job Requirements
- Must have full open availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- minimum 5 years of progressive beverage experience in high-volume, craft-cocktail or luxury bar environments
- proven leadership experience overseeing bar operations, mentoring bartenders and maintaining service flow during peak periods
- commitment to Forbes-level service standards and luxury hospitality guest experience expectations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for guest interaction and team leadership
- prior hotel experience is a plus
- Texas Food Handler's and TABC Certification
Job Qualifications

- train bartenders on technique and recipe execution
- ensure consistent beverage presentation
- manage inventory, prep, and seasonal menu development
- partner with Food and Beverage leadership to elevate the bar's identity
- maintain Forbes-level service standards and drive guest satisfaction
