Job Requirements

  • Must have full open availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • minimum 5 years of progressive beverage experience in high-volume, craft cocktail, or luxury bar environments
  • proven leadership experience overseeing bar operations, mentoring bartenders, and maintaining service flow during peak periods
  • commitment to Forbes-level service standards and luxury hospitality guest experience expectations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills suited for guest interaction and team leadership
  • Texas Food Handler's and TABC Certification
  • prior hotel experience is a plus

Job Qualifications
