Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior sales or customer service experience
- availability to work flexible schedules including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to attend events throughout San Diego County
- ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, and standing for extended periods
- may require background and drug screening according to company policy
- motivated to engage guests in a persuasive and professional manner
- ability to work well in a team
- strong communication skills
Job Qualifications

- experience in sales or customer service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- concierge, telemarketing, or sales experience preferred

Job Duties
- Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs
- provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances and recommend additional training as needed
- schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
- provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentation and production goals
- ensures all owners and guests meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products
- uses persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
- welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
