Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous sales or customer service experience
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to engage positively with guests
Must be able to perform physical tasks related to the role
Successful completion of background and drug screening as required
Availability to attend events throughout San Diego County

Job Qualifications

Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience
Enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone
Concierge, telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Job Duties

Acts as team lead and assists with scheduling needs
Provide feedback to managers regarding individual performances, recommend any additional training needed
Schedules sales presentations and manages customer expectations
Provides the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals
Ensures that all owners and guests attending a sales presentation meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about products and services
Use persuasive techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
