Job Requirements
- minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- bachelor’s degree in business studies engineering or computer science
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- knowledge of data analytics software such as Tableau or PowerBI preferred
- willingness to travel occasionally
- ability to handle physical demands including walking, climbing, and lifting up to 25 pounds

- 5+ years experience with shoreside and shipboard operations
- bachelor’s degree in business studies engineering or computer science
- subject matter expertise in analysis requirements gathering process testing tools and best practices
- strong creativity with analytical and problem-solving skills
- proven ability to collaborate across organizations and ships
- capable of independent work with minimal supervision
- expertise in methodologies tools best practices within responsibility area
- excellent interpersonal skills for multicultural communication
- ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- strong report writing and business correspondence skills
- effective presentation and public speaking abilities
- problem-solving in situations with limited standardization
- ability to interpret varied instructions
- advanced skills in PowerPoint Excel Word
- knowledge of Tableau PowerBI or similar analytics tools preferred
- ability to calculate figures such as discounts interest commissions proportions percentages area circumference and volume
Job Duties
- assist subject matter experts for incident and reporting tracking systems including maintenance of workflows guidance documents policies and procedures
- monitor effectiveness of incident and reporting tracking systems and recommend improvements
- monitor incoming incident and audit data for accuracy and completeness related to corporate KPIs
- collaborate with Marine Ops Hotel Ops and Shared Services Departments to improve trending and analysis for ships
- review and edit compliance reports specific to ship self-reporting for accuracy
- develop executive dashboards and departmental metrics/KPIs and recommend audit efficiencies
- maintain compliance report functions within incident tracking systems and participate in user testing
- help maintain company SMS intranet team rooms and documentation
- lead and guide stakeholders on tools and software for audit and inspection data
- stay current with industry trends and recommend technical solutions to auditing teams
- support training for newly appointed SQM editors on procedures
- keep department updated on regulatory changes and help formulate strategies for SMS updates
- facilitate cross-departmental projects as project manager including goal setting timeline management and milestone tracking
- perform other duties as assigned
