Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- technical or vocational training in engineering or a related field preferred
- previous experience in hotel maintenance or facilities management advantageous
- strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- problem-solving skills
- physical fitness to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and operating equipment
- excellent communication skills
- familiarity with safety regulations and protocols

Job Duties
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify issues
- perform repairs and maintenance tasks including fixing leaks, replacing faulty components, and troubleshooting equipment failures
- ensure all building systems are operational and comply with safety regulations
- respond promptly to emergency situations such as power outages, water leaks, and fire alarms
- collaborate with other departments and emergency services to address critical situations effectively
- address maintenance requests from guests and resolve issues to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- communicate effectively with other hotel departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations
