Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • two to five years of related experience in the casino industry as lead maintenance technician preferred
  • must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • must possess excellent leadership skills
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • familiar with practices, tool, equipment and techniques associated with tower, public area and related equipment
  • must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Assigns projects
  • continues associate growth by coaching, training, and counseling specific skills, standards, and policies
  • coordinates and implements services and inspections to all tower and public areas
  • able to multi-task, think and react quickly
  • analyzes operating procedures and keeps records of any activity or discrepancies to equipment
  • interprets and communicates operating procedures and failures to upper management
  • able to estimate materials and time required to complete various tasks
  • able to follow oral and written instructions
  • knowledgeable of standard hand and power tools and equipment used in repair and maintenance of said equipment
  • adheres to and remains aware of all property and departmental safety procedures
  • reports all Tower and public activity's to upper management
  • operate electronic equipment including desk computers, printers, and hand held palm pilot with some basic office support software
  • carries a two way radio at all times on their shift
  • ensures all maintenance technicians are properly trained
  • check work orders to assure jobs are complete
  • provide incredible customer service
