Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to coordinate and oversee projects
- experience in personnel management

- ability to handle documentation and maintain records
- physical ability to perform duties in an aerospace maintenance environment
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of safety standards and maintenance practices
- proficiency in documentation and reporting
Job Duties
- ensures all assigned tasks authorized by supervisor are completed properly in a timely manner
- coordinate and oversee assigned projects
- ensures employee has an understanding of assigned task and materials with tools maintained and stored in serviceable condition
- research problems and offer solutions to problems within their area
- ensures that crew adheres to safe maintenance practices and keeps a clean work area
- continuously monitor work progress and distribute work to obtain the highest productivity keeping supervisor appraised of status
- assist supervisor on preparation of shift status and change over reports
