Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience
  • Experience in a leadership or mentoring role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties

  • Execute dishes with precision, ensuring presentation and flavor are consistent and up to standard every time
  • Oversee station setup and preparation, confirming all tools, ingredients, and equipment are ready before service begins
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation practices across your station, and support teammates in maintaining best practices
  • Help manage kitchen inventory through rotation, restocking, and communicating low stock levels to leadership
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment throughout the shift
  • Lead by example and work in sync with fellow cooks, dish team, and management to keep service smooth and timely
