- must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire
- ability to work and familiar with a brigade style line

Job Duties
- setting up and stocking area supplies
- preparing ingredients for cooking
- ensuring food comes out per presentation requirements and in a timely fashion
- cross training staff on menu items
- reading and executing food tickets
- supervising the line
- taking pride in keeping the area clean and well organized
- assisting the head and sous chefs as needed
