  • must obtain Title 4 certification and Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire
  • ability to work and familiar with a brigade style line
  • familiar with cooking techniques and procedures
  • must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays

Job Duties

  • setting up and stocking area supplies
  • preparing ingredients for cooking
  • ensuring food comes out per presentation requirements and in a timely fashion
  • cross training staff on menu items
  • reading and executing food tickets
  • supervising the line
  • taking pride in keeping the area clean and well organized
  • assisting the head and sous chefs as needed
