- high school diploma or equivalent
- six or more months of kitchen leadership experience
- experience cooking in fast-paced casual dining
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds
- availability to work until 9:30 PM
- open availability seven days a week

- six or more months of kitchen leadership experience in a professional setting
- ability to meet physical demands of the job including standing throughout shifts and lifting up to 35 pounds

Job Duties
- prepare delicious dishes according to special recipes
- mentor and guide kitchen staff
- plate and garnish meals with attention to detail
- perform portion control to minimize waste
- ensure food preparation meets high quality standards
- supervise cooking stations and ensure they are stocked
- assist with ordering, receiving product shipments, and rotating food items
